Halenur Karakaya earned her PhD in Chemistry from Boğaziçi University in 2024, focusing on dynamic covalent chemistry and microstructure analysis for tailored properties in powder coating resins. She previously obtained her MS and BS in Chemistry from the same institution in 2015 and 2013, respectively. Halenur served as a Teaching Assistant at Boğaziçi University from 2014 to 2022, instructing various chemistry courses. Since 2022, she has been a researcher at SASA Polyester Sanayi A.Ş. in Istanbul, where she develops PET derivatives for various applications.
